I AM WHO I AM! The Power of Self Efficacy

I work in an organization in Kenya.

The organization demands for its employees to termly assess themselves.

I happen to be an appraiser to the appraisals.

It is amazing seeing comments and ratings individuals give themselves.

At times i call some and have a word with them.

Some don't believe in themselves.

They work smart, produce results, and even are an icon of the organization.

But when it comes to self appraisal!

Hell brakes!

What brings about this self-denials in individuals?

My analysis has shown that we look at ourselves from the other person's eyes. we enter the other person's eyes, ears, mind and subconcious mind then we conclude on ourselves!.

Heck!

What did God tell Moses when Moses wanted to know about Him!

He told Moses, 'Go and tell them that,' I am' has sent me.

Hahahahahahah! This is a beautiful answer to give. A post of Fiji has an answer too. Many people wouldn't want to associate themselves with their own self!

Remember, you are created uniquely! There isn't any other like you! You are alone amongst all this differences.
