How do you motivate yourself to rise after a hard fall?

How do you motivate yourself to rise after a hard fall?

To rise after falling requires inner strength, self-belief and strong trust in the process of life. Once we develop these qualities, we face every situation with courage and become fearless.

The tough time comes in everyone's life. Things might turn unfavourable, your efforts may not yield wanted results, people may walk out, or relationships may end. Although we all try to overcome hardships, sometimes situations make us weak.

To get through these weak moments, you need to build courage within yourself. Remind yourself that situations always change, trust that life will never disappoint and believe that the divine power is always there to protect you and help you get through.
