How did more than 1.5 million women and girls benefit from radio on GBV awareness of mothers, and many girls in my town?

My organization, which started this year's training for women and girls, has changed so many lives. In February 2021, we distributed NFI kit 350 to women IDPs, girls' schools, and We have conducted training and awareness-based on GBV and FMG. We totally benefited from this training. 20,000 women and girls totally benefited from this training. The second part of this training has concluded Oct-2021.

In the training, we talked about how to prevent further rape of young girls and how to end female genital mutilation. During this training, we learned that there is a big difference between those who have been circumcised and those who have been raped in recent months. The awareness was taken by the mothers. We have launched this awareness campaign, a radio station in the country for their benefit, mothers who are illiterate, October-December 2021, an awareness campaign against rape. The slogan we published was \"Do not send at night between 6-7 pm, so that your daughter does not experience rape during those times.\"

In fact, we have been receiving hundreds of letters and individuals who have filled our office as they are very happy and appreciative of the information I have broadcast on the radio. This new initiative benefited from the awareness we have broadcast to more than 1.5 million women and girls in Mogadishu. This view was born after we found that people who like to listen to the radio, as many mothers are illiterate, will benefit from listening as they listen to the radio a lot.
