Well hello and thank you for such a warm (and speedy) welcome! I am an Australian who lives most of the time in Bangladesh, where I do some part time work. I am also studying social development by distance from an Australian university, so it's a busy life! I've moved into development from studies in English literature, so it's a big move and I'm finding it very challenging, but also very interesting. I am particularly interested in the ways that women bring change to communities; conflict and post-conflict situations; and the amazing things that are happening in media and communications at the moment. And I love writing! So I can't begin to tell you how excited I was to find the pulse site - it combines so many of the things I'm passionate about.
