I told myself at the beginning of this year that it would be all about leveling up. 🔥 It was a great night with the women securing last night on Zoom meeting... We chatted about HEADSHIP (principles of submission)
The Bible instructs wives to submit to their husbands, as the husband is the head of the household (Ephesians 5:22-24).
However, it is important to note that this submission is not meant to be a one-sided or oppressive relationship.
This love is sacrificial and selfless, and it is meant to create a mutually respectful and loving relationship between the husband and wife.
The principle of submission should not come from ignorance or incompetence but from willing submission.
In general, Christian women are encouraged to submit to one another out of reverence for Christ (Ephesians 5:21). Women are meant to operate under a divine order(Covered Authority) which is your husband.
It is also important to note that the principle of submission does not mean that women are inferior to men, or that they should be subservient or passive. In fact, throughout the Bible, there are many examples of strong and influential women who played important roles in the history of Christianity, such as Mary, the mother of Jesus, and Mary Magdalene.
Overall, the principle of submission as a Christian woman involves respecting and submitting to the leadership of a husband or authority figure in a way that aligns with God's plan and purposes, while also valuing and using one's own gifts and talents to serve and bless others.
