Every time a board result is announced, a newspaper makes the headline, "More girls are there in the toppers list." But have you ever wondered where they all go when it comes to using their education to advance the country? After delivering birth, the majority of women are forced to leave their jobs or pursue their ideal professional careers. In the past three years, I have seen five women quit their jobs because no one in their family is prepared to take care of a child. The seniors desire a fulfilling existence. Well, the point is, why should we spend money on education? Is it true education, which in no way aids in your financial independence?

Save Girls, Educate Girls campaign  has benefited girls in numerous ways. I admit it, but the goal shouldn't be to raise the ratio. If ladies who excel in every field are forced to quit their jobs, it is a loss for the entire country. Good scientists, physicians, social activists, and others are leaving your country. Government decisions to consider cradle homes within organisations or parental leave would indirectly overlook female employees, which would worsen the problem. It is past time for the administration to give this subject some consideration. The women there and the educated men should have similar viewpoints.

Because her in-laws are unable to care for the children and because her husband works as a cardiac surgeon, I have observed a gynaecologist who is now a full-time housewife. You can only imagine how she must be wasting her time, effort, and degree. With a piece of paper, she can't possibly make her parents proud. Since I can't find anyone over there who can discuss and raise the matter in parliament, I never expect women leaders to understand this point. I simply expect that from the male leaders who are educated folks. I believe they will make wiser decisions.
