Guía de Acoso Sexual Laboral

Comparto con ustedes la Guía de Acoso Sexual Laboral elaborada en Uruguay por el Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres (Inmujeres), que es parte del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social (MIDES).
El MIDES se trabaja para erradicar las situaciones de violencia como el acoso sexual laboral. Todas estas acciones se sustentan en un a Ley aprobada en setiembre de 2009.
Con ese marco la difusión de la normativa vigente y la difusión de buenas prácticas para la prevención y detección de este flagelo son constantes.

Guide to Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

I’m sharing with you the Guide to Sexual Harassment in the Workplace developed in Uruguay by the National Institute for Women (Inmujeres), which is part of the Ministry of Social Development (MIDES). MIDES works to put an end to violence, such as sexual harassment in the workplace. All of these actions led to passing of a law in September 2009.

With this framework, the spread of current regulation and of best practices to prevent and detect this scourge have become incessant.
