Climate change can feel overwhelming. The headlines are bigger than us, the problems seem endless, and for many young people, it's hard to know where to begin. Grounded was created to answer a simple question: what if more young women had the support, confidence, and resources to become climate problem-solvers in their own communities?

Grounded is a youth-led initiative helping young women across South Asia turn ideas into action. Through mentorship, community, and innovation funding, we support participants in identifying local climate challenges and building solutions that are practical, impactful, and rooted in the realities of everyday life.

We're not just interested in raising awareness, we're interested in what happens next. We exist for the young woman with an idea, a concern, or a vision for change, and we're building the tools and community to help her bring it to life. Because meaningful climate action doesn't start in conference rooms. It starts in communities, with people who care enough to act - for the future we share!
