Girls with disability are more likely to be Abused

Girls with disability hidden or visible .Have you asked how they are feeling ? Have you ever tried to talk with them for once to know how their day was ?

Often ,the simple task if getting out of he'd,eating food and makibg it to a venue where they are invited is a task that is a sequence of steps for them ,that they find difficult to deal with .As a primary caregiver ,I explain every single step before hand, and again when it is happening ..

Sometimes, well often ,they want to be a part of activities that their body or mind or both are not capable of doing in the requisite time .In that time ,society discourages them to not participate or Sit down ..

But young will be young ,why should they not be allowed to have fun? They are extremely good at masking ,right then ,but the behaviour issues arise when they return home to their safe space .They cry, behave rudely and often an overburdened caregiver doesn't have the spoons herself to deal with the situation .The child goes into extreme sadness and that in turn affects the whole family ..

Creating awareness of  her condition segregates as society is walking on eggshells around her then .We say we have accepted, but in reality she feels lonely and alone .She is not a princess, she is a human with emotions she learnt to hide do well .

Girls over generations are anyways asked not to express their feelings. What can be done that the child doesn't feel traumatised again ?Behavioural issues are never sudden ,it takes time, there are triggers that buildup before they burst .

This time ,I will be asking for solution from my readers .What should be done to ease the situation so that the girl can be a part ?

If you find yourself in  that situation what will you do ?

What support should be expected from the organisers if the event ?
