Generational killer disease

Mental health is a generational killer disease. It is there but most of us assumes its presence.

On the road to find solutions in any problem you have to accept its presence, impact, depth and speed so as to come up with sensible possible solution.

Mental health is wiping off this generation because everyone assumes it.

Most victims are afraid to speak up because their audience are fast in judging and spreading the news of their problem other than just been there for them if they can't offer any solution.

We need to rise up together and find mental illness,a movement should be formed because those we look upto ,the government, aren't giving enough attention that is required.

Let's advocate for a better tomorrow by simply been ambassadors of mental wellness.

There is joy in winning together but we can't unless we all are in the same page

Check up on someone today you never know from speaking to them the burden you have lifted of their chest, and that is a step towards them been okay.

Don't judge so you won't be judge, don't ridicule so you won't be ridiculed, don't be fast to let out others secrets so yours won't be .When you get the itch to do any of those always picture yourself in their shoe and you will always know the right thing to do .
