Finding my Tribe

I think this is an appropriate heading for lesson 3,s assignment on the Social Entrepenship Training

Whether we consider them our tribe or Staff as the lesson suggest we need to contemplate wisely our choices.

We need persons who are understand the vision , buys into it and understands the assignment

As is narrated in lesson ,we also need to decide if that is something we are ready for as its a financial commitment as well

Is my entrepenural or social enterprise able to cover the overheads of staffing in its infant stage? because this can definitely affect the organisations growth

Im so grateful for this step by step training and as it encourages one  to do some critical thinking as you contemplate , whether its time for a   team , or as from the examples given go it alone for a bit

In my case I am definitely open to not neccessarily paid staffing at frist ,  but collaborative patnering with two persons  who share the vision , can add their skills and experience to create a strong team thats ready to move moutains to achieve our purpose and as we build engage staff .
