Finding me

Finding myself and being confident and comfortable in my abilities and capabilities took almost forever; but the most important thing is; I did it.

Circa 2018, I was invited to a public speaking club called the Toastmasters.

I went there as a guest, and was clapping for all the good speakers and participants of the day.

Midaway into the prgram, I was selected as one of the guest speakers (without being consulted).

I got up, walked to the podium and poured my heart out in answer to the question, 'as an adult, what it is you would have done differently from when you were a child'?

My response was simple, true, and honest. And I came first place.

I was suprised, because I didnt prepare for it. But I was also not suprised, because I'd always known I could do and achieve anything i set my mind to.

Somehow, I have always believed in me, just as I believed everyone can achieve great things if they so desire.

You see, each and everyone of us  has got value to give, all they need is the opportunity and encouragement to give it.

There has never been a time when the world needs these values from everyone to enable her overcome the perilous times as now. Now is the time for each one of us to discover thier real selves and super power.

I want everyone out there to know and believe that they matter, they have a value, a strenght and a role in this life that only them can play; especially Girls and women.

Even thought your society tell you otherwise, I need you to know, you are created for much more, you are capable and more than what they will every say or believe.

Just believe it and you can achieve it.

Find your super power. And let it grow.

Kindest of thoughts
