I would like to set goals for balance-seeking here.
Things that keep me balanced:
A daily nap. Yoga twice a week. A 45-minute walk 5 times a week. A 2+ hour walk one of those days. No eating after 6pm. A schedule of no more than 3 appointments per week and on alternate days.
I've been doing a lot of eating in social settings, including foods I normally wouldn't eat at home. This will sometimes set up a cycle of craving for the next few days, so I'd like to add: no social eating unless with health-oriented vegans.
