F 20.0 is not a choice - it is live’s challenge

Mental health disability brings severe conditions to exist.

You will know it if you are going to read below,

What I am going to say is that I am now fighting with F 20.0 diagnosis and left with no work. If you google what it means in medicine you will discover it is a heave mental disease.

Somehow in my life I got mental disability.

For 5 years I have been trying to search for job but for my physical and mental condition all I can do writing only for an Instagram or Unicef’s blog voices of youth that I am no longer eligible because I am now older than 30. Plus, I have broken up with my boyfriend as my mind and consciousness condition was changing rapidly.

Half disabled I am helping my parents only and they are the people who assist me from passing a bowl of soup as it is hard to put it from oven from on the table or doing cleaning as it is hard to think even.

But my optimism is telling me not to be desperate and now I am a member of UNDP network called STEM4ALL where we discuss and drive girls into TECH on voluntary basis.

I’m blogging in Instagram as well and it is quite good. As there you may find much info from beautiful works of art in my country taken from exhibitions or museums I went or life hacks of how not to procrastinate, find your Ikigai (vocation in life), learn some philosophy dedicated to absolute happiness and english language tools to enrich ways of its acquisition.

If you want to follow me, then let’s be friends: @1191n.a.m is my nick.

One of my purposes becoming a good blogger and motivate my followers and community never stop dreaming even if life is grey and tough to live.

From my own battle and experience with difficult disease I know how to stay strong and not to give up.

That is way my blog is called Ihsan, the world in holly Quran which means worship to God. We serve people, their lives and Universe itself. All it makes me feel life is special and overcoming difficulties is one of the steps to Force and Independency.

If anyone reading here my story knows how hard is to be disabled or had experience will understand me and my family’s deep grief. But we know life changes and world is fair. We will fight and go through the path “prepared above”.

I hope this story was interesting and useful to read, may be even enlightened some knowledge of mental health diseases and disabilities.

To sum up, I wish your closest ones never have misfortunes and if anyone knows where to implement my story please let’s connect. I have wonderful recommendations from TheEducationalEquality Institute where I took part as a volunteering writer.

If work is easy and does not require any physical and mental efforts I am happy to cooperate and pray for a better Future.
