Eradicating Open Defecation; grassroot awareness.

Open Defecation is the human practice of defeating outside rather than into a toilet most especially when it is done into the water body which in turn results to water borne diseases breakout and also increases the rate of ill health vulnerabilities.

In accordance with the United Nations Sustainable development goal 3: Good health and well-being. We will ensure proper information reaches the rural riverine area of Osun State, Nigeria to curb the increasing rate of water borne diseases.

Our aim is to eradicate the serious health threat open Defecation poses to humans and its environment mostly children and women.

Our strategy is to go the grassroot level and equip them with proper transformational knowledge of personal hygiene, effects of open Defecation and ways to curb it, we will be doing this through mass awareness and enlightening of the dwellers in the area.
