Registration is an idea which mainly helps the governments to take taxes from people. If we think about it who really needs registration and when as well as why.
To register an idea just to protect your intellectual property is something people do to avoid stealing but this is not the case when you are in a country where such process takes very long procedures and long time which can help in the theft of your idea itself.
when it comes to an Enterprise or trading mark, it is mainly about Taxes.
Registration is a legal term which was invented to gain taxes, the point is: do we really benefit from the registration process or it is only a financial idea without a real meaning or a real benefit.
In some places where you know where the taxes goes, you can understand why you need to register and it is not only a procedure to help corruption. As you need many documents and many stamps for your identity and for your idea or project and many confirmation from governmental officers!!!
Unfortunately, it is not the helpful step in many places where there is no transparency where you can see the discrimination and corruption as well as the lack of human rights protection.
We are all here because of the abuse which is coming from such corruption so we can not really support such procedure which is called "registration".
