<p>I want women to see periods of change as a wonderful opportunity for growth and to be unapologetic about their lives. I want women to know that the best way to prepare for these changes is to proactively take time for self-reflection. i want women to see career planning as important and be able to access career resources and advice. Also, I want women to be financially independent, because without it women do not have a voice.
