I am impacting rural women of Bandarad district in Maharashtra state by using my influence as a village council member to conduct livelihood skill trainings . I am training women in recycling, waste management, jute-bag making and helping them access loans for setting up micro businesses. 100 women village leaders across 20 districts to be trained through this project - Advocating Gender Budget draft Policy for Local Self-Governance with Maharashtra State Commission for Women (MSCW) by training, budget tracking &amp; campaigning.
