Dripping Dreams

The silence has an edge to it

As though a sharp cleaver could fall at any moment

And slice through

The familiar

Putting an end to all

That we have known

My dreams are roiling

Like churning water

Capturing images

Of \"end of world\" scenarios

Dreams Dripping with the tumultuous unknown

Yet I awake

Feeling resigned

I am unsettled

Wondering

What is coming?

I find myself contemplating

What is most important to me?

Am I doing everything I can?

Am I being given these dreams so that I can do more?

The most important thing We can do right now

Is hold each other in circles of love

Holding hands around the planet

Holding hearts

    Holding

Focussing our minds

Coming together in unity

 In circles

    upon circles

        upon circles

With hope

That we can

Shift the balance

Towards transformational healing

Of this blessed Earth we love

Hope is all we have

Yet It seems like a slender thread

Will this thread be enough?

Like the spider

Dangling from the tippy top of an ancient cedar tree

On a slender thread of silk

The world looks

Fluid

    Flexible

As I swing through the air

On wafting breezes

There is a sense of possibility

An alternate reality

With healing hands and hearts

We will make a difference

Whether it saves the world or not
