Don't give up; there is help & hope, + a MAGIC LINK!!!

I am much better today than yesterday. I don't know how else to start my story. Living with any mental health condition predisposes you to triggers which sometimes embarrass even you. Yesterday, I wanted to share my story of resilience through two tough months of working on my 2023 vision while working on my spiritual compass which I would be needing so much in the coming months.  I couldn't get to download the World Pulse app and frustration set in. I got further nervous when I sat down on my laptop only to realize it was running a fever to sound funny. I ended up posting what I couldn't edit anymore, and decided I was going to reach out for help.

I was on a spiritual gap year from World Pulse and a lot has changed on this amazing platform. I need to learn quiet some, but in the meantime I know there is always help and so I can't lose hope. I therefore reached out to Dawn on WhatsApp not knowing about the orange chat box to the right corner 😂. I told Dawn how sad I was I couldn't get the app nor write coherently, and she encouraged me and gave me some tips including getting here through the website. Well, thank God for this new feature called MAGIC LINK because I don't know my password nor did I want to go through the wahala of creating a new password. 

In a nutshell, there is hope. Don't give up. There is help just ask nicely...and this applies to all areas of life...I just love using my current and personal experiences to share any stories to inspire, motivate and encourage us all.
