DISCRIMINATION AT WORK

Discrimination at work: I am Congolese Banyamulenge community we are discriminated against to some work for example, a Munyamulenge can be recruited in international, national and local NGOs NGOs apts which are in service of the state, yet NGOs initiated by the Banyamulenge recruit all worlds without distinction of race or ethnicity. discrimination can occur in many different contexts, and in very different forms. This differential treatment of persons may rely on grounds such as race, ethnicity, color or sex, which is a violation of equality of opportunity and treatment.
The elimination of discrimination is an integral part of any viable strategy to reduce ethnic conflicts, peaceful coexistence and promote sustainable economic development.
