|DISCERNING BETWEEN ANXIETY AND INTUITION|



We are many to misinterpret anxiety as intuition and intuition as anxiety.



I have countless times in the past mixed up and misinterpreted my anxiety as intuition and my intuition as anxiety. I sit in conversations with women who go through the same cycles of confusing anxiety as intuition and intuition as anxiety



Becoming present to seeing,feeling,sensing and witnessing these two intelligent states ask of moving back into the body, receiving support while learning about one’s attachment wounds, meeting one’s unmet trauma and also honoring intelligence that lives in our nervous system no matter how dysregulated and dysfunctional we may coin it.



 



On learning to listen and to differentiate, we begin to build up a new wiring inside our body, brain , heart and guts, thus supporting us to better navigate life circumstances.
