“Women and digitechnology”

Technology has no bias towards gender. There are equal humans globally using technology for the work. Sky has no limit, it’s proven by technology and we are in the digital era, where technology has no limits.

Some of the technology using by the women for the women, in that I would like to focus more on “community radio” I worked with the community radio, where women play a tremendous role to run the radio, there are programs on women, and women programs are preparing by the women, so the radio station requires the staff to run that specific program.

In Radio Bundelkhand where I worked as a station manager, Kaushliya, Gauri and Ekta were the role models of the community, they prepared a program for the women to cover all the topics in health, beauty, education, law and many more.

When we were preparing the program we tried to make it more interesting and innovative.

As a part of innovation we prepared the program in a different way, in the food recipe program we announced that the audience can also share their recipes, and it was an amazing experience that women started calling to talk and share their recipes. They started writing letters, did phone calls and some women met in their village while our visit shared their learning experience. Not only that, but invited us to taste their recipes.

So, innovation for women and by the women can open the door for women, women who make it possible and for women who put their efforts to listen and learn.

I hope all the women in this world, having difficulties and challenges in their life, will get the opportunity to come out and speak for themselves.
