Depression



Depression is classified as a mood disorder . It may be described as feelings of sadness ,loss or anger that interfere with a persons everyday activities .



People experience depression in different ways .It may interfere with your everyday  day work ,resulting in lost time and lower productivity ,it can also influence relationships and some chronic health conditions.



It is important to realise that feeling down at times is a normal part of life . Sad and upsetting events happens to everyone but if you are feeling down or hopeless on a regular basis you could be dealing with depression . Depression could be considered a serious medical condition that can get worse without proper treatment . Those who seek treatment often see improvement in just a few weeks.



Sadly we have turned a blind eye to this monster(depression) in this part of the world ,sadly as it may sound depression is real , the earlier we start paying attention to it , the better it is for everyone .



Depression is so real , let's talk to a friend ,a brother ,a sister ,a neighbour , father , mother ,classmate , colleague the list goes on  . Let's take people seriously when they are hurting , let's encourage more ,love more and more and criticize less ,suicide happens within seconds at that moment it seems like the best and only thing to do . Issues pile up in their mind and they feel life is no longer worth living . Depression gives birth to suicide . To everyone hurting I love you so much and iam sending you love , hugs and light . We are here for you if you need some one to talk to .
