<p>Hi all! This is a wonderful place to be! Being a new member I have been up reading through groups. I definitely have loads to read through though! But just wondering, from few articles bothering on opportunities I have read, why are age ranges of participation more favorable to women in the age bracket of 20s/30s? Wondering out loud! Is there a deadline to pursue ones desire/dreams?</p>
