Data protection

I always wanted to make safe and secured password to protect my data and to ensure that no one other than me has the access to my accounts. It becomes harder to remember when i have many accounts. All of us today are having accounts for everything, life is becoming online more than offline especially after COVID-19, we had to do everything online. 

Personally, what i care about most was my professional accounts and tools. Because I am not only protectimg my data, it is data for clients and beneficiaries as well. So I used to choose strong and very complicated passwords for it. 

To remember the passowrds, or anything, i have my own way which i read about for memorizong, one of the ways is to link anything i want to remember with anything that is strong to remember, just like when you save a road by a landmark in it. Its one way of many ways to have a strong memory.

I believe that not everything matters to save and care about. I never used a password saving apps! I think that if i link to my email or phone number so i can restore in case i forget it.

And of course when i wasn't available at the office i gave the password to a trusted colleague for any important task, just in emergencies, and after that i change the password.

The office PC used to remind me itself to change the password every certain duration as well as to create strong password.
