Create and Raise Awareness on the current Passage of the Anti Witchcraft Bill in Ghana

The main purpose of this initiative is to create, and raise awareness regarding the current Passage of anti witchcraft bill in the Ghana Parliament. This was long time due after a long term discrimination has been labelled against innocent women in their families and communities.

These accused women saw maltreatment in the hands of their subordinates. Excommunicated from family and love one and only to be send to concentration camps because society frowned on them. It's is with a greatful heart that few weeks ago the Parliament of Ghana the representative of the community members agreed that these were barbaric acts and must be done away with.

As we are all glad and joping around, we must not forget to crate and raise awareness about this action.its one thing passing a bill and another implementing it activities. As a strong advocate for such innocent women, I promise myself to take up this action as far as it can take me.

Myself and my organization together with other who might be wanting to partner can come on board. We will enroll all kinds of activities to bring out to light 1. The passage of the Bill in itself

These activities will include, campaigns, workshop, conferences, podcast, radio discussions, tv discussion etc to spotlight the main issues in the bill and around it

Again, 2. We will zero in the various witches camps to initiate activities towards reinstating the alleged witches with their families. This aspect of our activity will be voluntary from, I mean we will pay visit to these women in their camps and assertain if some will like to be reunited with their families or not. If the answer is yes of course we will take all the effort to intergrade those who are ready to go back. And if others think there is no family back to turn to, it will be part of our activity to create a safe haven for such once where ever they might want to relocate, I mean the whole purpose is about integration. To make them feel whole again, it's not easy to be excommunicated from love ones and family members.

Then again, 3. we will look at their health. I mean been in such situations for a long period of time it's not easy and it might not be of surprise to see if other cannot think as sound as the used to be, even we are not sure of the quality of water and food that goes into their body system and for that matter we will organize several health screening for them to

We all know culture is dynamic, as far as culture is subject to change I have a great feeling that am impact will be created through this our great initiative. We want to remove this norms and tradition and place it as far as we can from the next generation to come. So if we are dead and gone at least we will have left a strong legacy and have lay a solid foundation of love among the community and the country as large.

The harm is been than already and lamented on, and it's now in the passed. What can make the change now is how do we effect this wrong? It's only through this initiative that a voice can be heard.

Currently, no resources but I have a strong believe that I have nothing to worry about because it's already been accomplished! Let's all come on board and help implement this strong call for change. Don't be left out because it's about legacy
