This Is For The Messenger Chat During The International Day Of The Girl

The idea started when during the International Day of the Girl, I met a group of girls from the Leyte Sab-a Peatland and World Pulse sisters Angel, Crisanta and Urmila along with Bunbun for a Messenger Chat. Aira, 15 years old is a high school classmate who dreams to become an astronomer. Her family is active in the restoration of the peatland. Because of the pandemic, face to face classes where suspended which made learning harder especially in the rural areas where they lack access to digital technology. They don't have access to books and reading materials that will allow them to learn more about a topic of their interest. This is where the idea of setting up a community library started. It came from the girls.
