There are many processions these days in Sri Lanka. There is a big procession festival in Saman Devol in Sri Lanka which is continued for 15 days. After the procession, this premises was highly polluted with rubbish and garbage dumped everywhere by people. Therefore we organized a cleaning program in order to clean this area as well as to collect recyclable garbage. This was done with my University friends. Saman Devol is a very famous religious place in Sri Lanka. Hundreds of people come to worship there in a day. I am very happy about this effective day as a nature lover. We are aiming to conduct an awareness program about the environment as the next step.&nbsp;
