Checking in on Your Feature Stories

Greetings, correspondents!

I am delighted to see all the feature stories that have been posted so far! It is such an honor to witness how much each of you has grown as a writer these past months.

This is just a friendly reminder that your stories are due by end of day tomorrow, Sunday, October 18th. After the stories are in, Scott will be sending out the last round of evaluations to the mentors. Soon after, the Voices of Our Future team will submit writing samples of the top six correspondents to our final selection committee. The committee will then select three correspondents to come to the States in 2010 for a speaking and media tour.

Scott and I, of course, will keep you informed every step of the way. This is a nail biter for sure!

It goes without saying that each one of you is worthy of an \"award\" beyond imagination. Your words are the sparks of social change across the globe. You are the new Pulse of the world.
