After every lesson in the virtual class, I see my self making little steps towards my vision for change. I keep dreaming of the day I will have my last class. We have one and a half monthto go and soon my dreams will finally turning into a reality.



I can picture myself making world news from the world pulse platform. I will forget about the struggle I went through to access internet connection in Cameroon.



\"Start small, have a big vision\"



With the special assets that I have discovered I am set to fly. What an amazing experience to see that I had most of what I needed. The number just needs to be increased. Now is the time to put them in toright use and achieve my goal : Bridging the gender tech gap.



Success everywhere, thanks to World Pulse for putting wings on my resources and ideas. Surely we will attract and retain more Girls in STEM fields.The Techies in Cameroon will never forget you for helping a nation builder to transfer digital skills to them.



Resources I Am Most Proud Of :



1) Human resources:



My self: Being a woman in Tech is a great resource in my community.I am a source of inspiration for other girls to follow.



My trainees: The students I teach at school especially girls;School children in my community andvolunteers;My colleague’s, neighbor’s and friend’s children as well as family members.



My existing partners: Collaborators that work in the same field, Tech programs and competitions from other organisations and my professional mentors.



2) Material Resources: Avialable equipment at CYEED office.



http://www.cyeed.net/ CYEED’s Computer lab: A room with 8 computers, 2 laptobs, 10 chairs and 2 tables;Free-on line tools and curriculum; Open source tools.



3) Behavior and cultural change:



Seeds Planted: The seeds Ihave planted through running other STEM programs to inspire girls making them more ambitious for my project.



The events I have already organised has given them an early start to prepare for my project by talking and sharing success stories for children.



4) Recognition: Contacts and forums Ibelong to.



Getting kids on International programs to gain exposure about my project.



Online social communities and networks, professional community and mentors.



My friends in my local social communities and church groups,



Tech companies and organizations in Cameroon to support me.
