Changemakers Lab Module 1 - My Smart Goal

Based on my learning in module one of changemakers lab, the seven tool kits for campaign acceleration that I learnt in the goal setting and theory of change is to help me in planning for my next campaign for the "Agency Development Academy which is my next project. Women Inspiration Development Center is planning to build an academy where we will be raising the next generation voices. The academy will be accommodating girls from all over Nigeria to access agency development trainings and skills to raise their voices online and offline. Through the learning from changemakers lab, my team and I will be able to set a SMARTgoals that will be HATCH. 

My SMART Goal is to train 100 youth through our Agency Development Academy to find their voices, discover their power and start living their dreams.

This I am planning to achieve in the next 12 months. We are doing this to raise the next generation of voices to eradicate violence against women and girls in Nigeria.

The activities will include boot camps for 25 youth every 3 months and their training will include Agency based Empowerment workshop, birthing ideas, online advocacy training, online storytelling and cybersecurity.

The picture is seen the coming generation of women in Nigeria having the power to challenge the status quo, being self-reliance, not waiting for government to give them job as they leave schools and having powerful voices both online and offline.
