CHANGEMAKER LAB-MODULE 3

Module 3 resources will help our organization a lot to put the story of the new initiative we are embarking on in a compelling way that will captivate our audience. In the recent time, there is a surge in child marriage but in a new dimension. 

Our lead of the story: - "Every rural girl in Nigeria has a tendency of being molested in her lifetime. I am no exception, but I choose not to be a victim by raising my voice.

Nut graph: - Teenage pregnancy is becoming a new dimension of bringing child marriage back to our society. Some of these teenagers are as young as 13 years old and most of the teenage mother got pregnant as a result of rape, molestation by adults that are close to them. These adults could either be Neighbours, Teachers, uncles or influential person in the community. 

Call to action: All hands must be on deck to eradicate sexual violence in our communities. Community leaders to put in place system that makes it difficult for perpetrators to escape, discourage culture of silence and protection of girl child. 

Conclusion: "Girls, you don't have to be a victim, speak out, confide in someone, when you see something, say something and don't allow anyone to truncate the wonderful life you are creating for yourself
