Changemaker Lab Module 2- Building My Community

Building a community is paramount to every initiative, these are the people that would help your vision to become a reality and the goals realized. Based on my learning in the module 2 of the changemaker's lab, though I have a team of 10 power houses working with me to achieve the goals of this initiative, I am working to increase the community because I now realized that there are still many people that I should partner with and engaged that are not yet in my team for a better outcomes in this project. I want to partner with more stakeholders to achieve the vision of a future where an average community leader and traditional ruler will see eradicating violence against women and girls as one their most important responsibility which must be performed without any reservation.

Therefore to achieve this, I need to partner with expert in leadership training that can be training traditional rulers and community leaders in a conducive environment that is appropriate for these categories of people. By this, we have to intensify our effort in completing our center where we will have the  "Agency Development Academy" that is ongoing so that the building can be finished on time for the trainings to start in earnest. By so doing, there is also need to increase our donors community, more partners that could support the work.
