This month faced on feedback from the different self help groups I am proud of ,decided to keep every week of the month for some initiative to build up girls ... This week was all about self care ,and how little girls to older women we try to ignore ourselves at the cost of our health and peace .All the 3 sessions were Incredible,and I didn't get the time to post on it either .. Next week after the WP digital suite is launched I will taking on Digital security . We will end with basic self defense and yoga classes .. Look forward to your joining in on the talks and supporting me .
