Calling For Ceasefire ✌🏾!

I don't know if it was only me lately that has been cut off regards to these recent changes or some of you are along. The last time I slept and got up, I decided to switched on my tv for a while to catch up with latest news, I was taken off shore so very amaze of what I was hearing and seeing, it brought me into shock and I screamed on top of my voice "since when have we gotten to this Stage!"

As I was thinking in my thoughts, quickly this Africa proverb was the one that could only ring in my ear, will try to intepretates . The proverbs says " if you see your neighbor beard on fire, fetch water and keep next to you". Meaning if your neighborho is in danger don't rejoice over it, soon it might be your turned.

I took a deep sigh breath to comfort myself of world conditions. I mean, it started with Sudan, as kids growing up we have always heard about Sudan every day on our black and white tvs, I was never a fun of news growing up, I love movies especially foreign dramas and family movies. If you see me listening to news those days it's because there was nothing worth watching. Severally, I have stumbled upon Sudan sad news, how there was war there since decades. Even as you ask why? I never get the grip of it. All that comes to mind is this people are wicked people, not having God's approvals etc . How can a caring, loving and kind person or people want to kill each other at the cause of their interest ! I developed all these ideas in my head.

I think mainly because my religious upbringing always preach peace . After Sudan came Nigerian and all its " Books Haram" meaning Book is a Sin, in literally interpretation they are against the girl child education etc. This also make me sad and I was like oh why? If my aunt who took care of my education had not been to school to enable her work and get a salary to save some for my mother to support me go to school, o where will I have been today? As a person with disability I will have definitely been put to the street to beg to make a living?

I begin not to like this book is a sin people at all and any moment I get I say a prayer that all these will be a thing of the past. After, I join world Pulse 2018, I was blowned away. I mean the violence, wars are almost everywhere, talk about Cameroon, south Africa Xenophobia, Afghanistan I mean to name but such few, Then to climax it all Russia and this Ukraine issues. I mean what is wrong? Do power now bring arrogance and we don't think about our colleagues humans that we are slaughtering them like animals? I mean what animalistic stage have we all gotten into globally? Have we all lost it as political leaders? I don't get it at all!

Everyday if you take the news paper, tune into your radio, switch on your TV all you see, hear and listen to are all about wars, violence everywhere! What? When exactly did this swift changes took place? To sum it all I stopped watching and listening news, both on radio and on the television.

This particular day I decided to tune in after a long while, I was taken by surprised, I mean hello? Violence have excalated all over almost west Africa countries, Togo, Ivory Cost, Burkina Faso, Niger and what of you and now they are trying to involve my country Ghana in addition? I held out my hand out on the sky in at around 9:00pm Ghana time, I scream the hell out of my voice. Just a second my neighbors all run to my place to asked what was happening. When I narrated, they were like they are even meeting in Ghana to see if there can bring an end to all these wars.

I mean the fact that it was Ghana that could accommodate them, is a clear reason why Ghana should never get involved in any war with any country in the first place. Ghana we had our days long gone on wars, it's was in Ghana that wars started from over about five different states of governments which ended lastly with the last regime with Ft Jerry John Rawlings may he rest well. He finally came and brought a constitutional rule when he release it was a waste of resources, sharing of innocent blood of people etc

Never ever pray that your country go to war? It might start as a joke but the aftermath is as painful more than a birth pang, the pain of a birth pang might come and go but the of war lives forever. Iook at Russia and Ukraine, was it not supposed to be a month war? Where are we now! The innocent victims are women, children, persons with disabilities. I mean the rich will run away to foreign countries leaving only the above poor groups to suffer.

With the above reasons I chose to hereby raise my hand above and claim Peace, please I appeal strongly to the president Of the republic of Ghana His Excellence Nana Addo Darkwah Akuff Addo to please listen to his advisory council who are shouting for Peace, I pray that he is not become strong of heart or harden his heart and refused to listen. In the council of many there is wisdo please his excellence, Ghana will make history if you choose a part of Peace his Excellence. May Peace be your portion! This too shall passed, may you be ever determined to protect and safe your belove nation, and God help you

Also to the rest of the west Africa countries on coup d'etat and on wars please dialogue is always the best of options. Don't leave a bad legacy for your countries. Please I plead with all of you to bring cease fire to existence. Let no body use you to destroy your own country and your own people else you will become second citizens in other people's nations.

A word to the wise is enough!
