Building my Campaign Message.

Still on the matter of  Online Advocacy. Building a message that  gets  attention and stirs to action is key!

The message should be a solution to an existing problem. It should carry all the elements that go into achieving the desired goal. The message should be clear, and the  audience know what the call to action is. That's the essence of the campaign, to get people do something about the problem.

In considering my message, I should be able to articulate what i am passionate to solve. The solution is my goal. It has to be SMART! ( Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound).

The goal will be broken down into sprints  to make it into smaller bits which are easier to achieve and easier to measure.

My message needs a specific audience.  People who have seen their stakes in the matter. I must consider people who have the wherewithal to influence the solution I desire. Then, what do I want them to do? How will they do that, what tools will I be using to get them?

To implement the Advocacy, I need a community of people to bring about the desired goal.

These and more are what I will be considering in building my message and planning a call to action in an online Advocacy.
