Bridging the Digital Divide : One Child at a Time

Children in informal settlements and rural communities never have the same opportunities as those in affluent areas. When it comes to access to technology they are often forgotten or at best left behind. Against this backdrop , through  Haki Nawiri Afrika , on selected Saturdays , children come to learn about basic technology .The radiance on their faces when they start typing is enormous. Resources are scarce and the children have to make do with shared devices which is a challenge. More support is needed to bridge this digital gap.

My aspiration is for children in informal settlements  and rural to have access to technology uninterrupted
