Body shaming

To be  overweight has been viewed in different outlook all around the world and all the way through our history and especially when it comes to women. Women those who are overweight need to face a lot of disparage and distressing comments from fellow people. It is just a biological thing. May be due to some medical issues women may be overweight. People cannot judge a woman by her physical appearance.

Four in ten women are facing body shaming issues in their day to day life. On social media I could see so many comments and posts based on fat shaming which leads to cyber pulling.

The disgrace and prejudice alongside obese women reasons to most important psychological hurt and deteriorate the problem. By passing body shaming comments we make those women to be depressed and make them to reduce their self esteem.

Women and girls those who are overweight need to face a lot of bullying in their study areas and in also working places, since we easily judge any person just by their appearance. It is irrefutable that all postulations about plump people in today’s civilization have lead to body shaming in work culture also.

It is a great deal of additional difficult to modify a complete society’s approach of opinion. Mostly people think that women who are overweight are lazy and weak, which is of high stereotype attitude.

Women who are obese, also have their own inner beauty and feelings. It is our own effort to change that typical stereotypic view on them. They may be anyone, our friend, sister, family member, colleague, next door neighbour or anyone else in the world.

Stop passing body shaming comments on women those who are overweight and give them  confidence and love and join hands with them.
