Be That Woman...

Dear Woman,

I was amazed that God chose to use a young teenage girl to carry out the most important task in the history of forever. If God was willing to use a young woman back then, I’m sure God is still in the business of using a woman now.

God didn’t work according to human terms back in the day with Mary and He doesn’t work according to human terms now. He just needs Woman who are willing to say, like Mary, “I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.”

God wants to use you to work out His incredible plans. The fact that you are a woman doesn’t worry God at all. He used Mary and He can use you.

The question is, do you have what it takes?

1. Are you open and willing to be used by God?

2. Are you willing to give up your plans for your future, surrender your ideas of the “perfect life” and follow God no matter the cost?

3. Are you willing to walk by faith and follow God step-by-step not knowing what the future will hold?

It doesn’t matter if you have money. It doesn’t matter if you have popularity. It doesn’t matter that you are a woman. It doesn’t matter which country you live in. It doesn’t matter if the culture would define you as beautiful. God doesn’t need any of that.

God can use you just like He used Mary to accomplish great things. Follow Mary’s example and say, “I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.”

If you want to be used by God and be a part of His incredible plan, you must surrender your dreams to Him. You must realize that you exist to serve Him, and you have to be available and ready. If that’s your heart, I challenge you to pray this prayer with me. It’s a prayer.

“Lord, I give up all my own plans and purposes. All my own desires and hopes and accept Thy will for my life. I give myself, my life, my all utterly to Thee to be Thine forever. Fill me and seal me with Thy Holy Spirit. Use me as Thou wilt, send me where Thou wilt and work out Thy whole will in my life at any cost now and forever.” www.teminik.com
