All over the world, the provision of health services has been skewed for a long time, using basis of your bank balance to determine the quality of care received.

Why is this so? I'd put it to human flaw, societal flaw.

Why is it that those who have little, should receive even less? Yet it's usually those who have that sit in the positions of power?

This is a discussion that has gone on forever but with no solution in sight.
