Art of leadership

Being part of Red Cross Red Crescent movement didn't only need my motivation but also a lot of effort from a leader to encourage, support and include all the members to continue doing their tasks motivated and with enthusiasm. I remember the feeling when I found all my team members as well as our leaders supporting me in that competition at the camp for the whole volunteers all over Egypt.

Here on World Pulse, when we comment on each other's stories and support each other, we motivate ourselves to share the most impacting stories of our lives. Our interaction with each other improves our lives globally as we are all here connected from all over the world for the same main purpose of making a change and raising our voices to share what has been happening in silence.

When I receive comments and messages here or on social platforms, I keen on replying as a form online communication and to strength our relation as a form of gratitude for their interaction with me and communicating. We spend time and effort to express our feelings to each other and share our thoughts and stories which should be respected. 

Our response to the interactions that we receive gives global impact. I believe that encouraging is the main core not only for world pulse community, but also for any community that seeks to have worldwide impact and to last for as long as possible.
