In the journey of life, we experience different events and happenings. Everyone has their own experience, for some, it is harder than others. So, comparing the milestones for life for different people is unreasonable.
We have set different milestones for our lives. From childhood performance to getting married, starting to work and having children, we have set up a timeline when it should all happen. When someone doesn't meet these timelines, they are made to feel as if something is wrong with their life. We need to remember that our lives are not the same. We grow up differently, our resources vary and so does our environment.
Don't set other people's milestones as a guide to your own life. You won't ever feel left behind if you don't compare your life with others.
