It's almost here! Get Ready for a redesigned World Pulse, coming soon.
Behind the scenes World Pulse has been working to bring you a new platform experience, redesigned to be more community-powered. Before the new site update rolls out, here's what you need to know.
What You Need to Know
- your private message history will not be saved. To ensure you have access to private messages, review your private messages and copy and paste anything you wish to keep. All private messaging history will be cleared for security purposes. If you would like a copy of your messaging history, please contact community@worldpulse. Com.
- You will be asked to reset your password. You will be asked to reset your password when you first login to the updated site. To ensure you are able to reset your password, confirm that you have access to the email address that is currently associated with your World Pulse account.
- During the updating process, World Pulse will be down for up to 72 hours. Keep checking back — the changes will be worth the wait.
- On first login to the updated platform, check your profile and make any changes needed. This is a great time to update your profile to ensure people can connect with you. You’ll even be able to list your organization affiliation and your birthday.
- The World Pulse platform update will be in Beta. As a community member, you have an important role to play. After exploring the updated site, be sure to contact us to let us know your thoughts and experiences. Your feedback will help us improve World Pulse to meet your needs.
We'll be available to answer questions and hear your feedback. The update includes a community support chat feature, so you can chat with the World Pulse team directly to ask questions and share your feedback. We can't wait to hear what you think!
