Its been two years since Puerto Rico was stick by two hurricanes and now as of last week, we has been experiencing 5.0 - 6.0 shakes and threat of imminent earthquake.
The only lesson I can share with you right now is to remember that community is the only thing that can help anyone overcome the trauma of natural disaster and the not so natural impact on people and territories.
I am currently in the Caribbean Island caring for my 98 year old mother even though I live in blessed Costa Rica here hardly any such natural disasters take place.
I will not be able to write much for a while as we are without electricity, connectivity and services, but we have health and hope.
