Active women

Women are the creator of the world. If a woman is not happy how does she keep happy to others in her life? For working women it is difficult to make a good balance between personal and professional life. My aim is to inspire women with the courage to break free from the chains of limiting principle patterns and societal or religious conditioning that have traditionally kept women concealed and unable to see their true rights and power.
Somehow women are not happy especially working women. Actually women want to satisfy everybody’s need in her personal as well as in professional life; which is really difficult but not impossible. Subsequently how to make a good balance that is an important facet so that woman gets time for herself. She is a mother, a wife, a daughter-in-law and contributor to the society (if she is working). Therefore she has lots of responsibilities to perform.
To have a day-care home in your workplace is good in a one way; another aspect is that you have to work for more hours. First one should achieve small-small objectives in her personal as well as in professional life instead of thinking big objective.
