Met with Daniel
Acceptance is one little thing that and society have not really put a finger on for persons living with down syndrome.
It's always very exciting for me everytime I meet a person with living with Down Syndrome and my family and I are always ready to show the person love and making sure he or she is accepted.
My son Aidriking and I met Daniel who is a young adult living with down syndrome. We saw him in our neighborhood and were so excited. All the other kids around were surprised to see that we welcomed Daniel we took a picture.
Daniel now visit our home more often and the kids are excited having him around. This is the type of positive messages and energy we should send to our community for every stigma, for every person living with down syndrome and for any person fighting with any form of rejection.
As an individual it's always been my point of advocacy when I meet someone with down syndrome I make sure I share enough of positive energy to impact the immediate environment to see that these persons need love at anytime.
