A thought on the quality of communication

Few years ago, before the emergence of call applications like whats-app, we used to pay much money for our local and international calls. People thought that the use of such application would improve communication among people. However, it is not true the case in reality if quality is taken in consideration. People chat but they do not say hi or hello. They jump to the message directly without any greetings. People now prefer to send text message instead of calling. People now do not really recognize when they should call. You might be surprised by a video call without asking. Then here we are a video call is like opening your doors to incidental guest without giving a moment of breath to the host.
