A piece of advice

The nightmares I have year in and year out resulting from fantasizing about the life I wish I had and doing nothing about it can be avoided this year if I only take one step every day towards the directions of my dreams.

When I am asked, "How are you?" I often reply, "I am living my life one day at a time." I didn't even realize what it meant until now. I'd just say it because someone once told me so and I love the way it sounds.

Living one day at a time means living in the moment and taking one step at a time in the direction of your dreams. Imagine I dream of having a stable financial life, a skill that fetches me good money, and living the life. What steps am I taking today that would lead me there?

I noticed that all the times I've only dreamed and not taken action, I've been more depressed than usual. I have to stand up and chase the life I want. There is a kind of joy you get at the end of the year when you know you've put in the work. I can't just leave my life to chance. These three words appeared on my Twitter app a few days ago, It struck me, and I agree, "Time is flying." I will be thinking there is still time, but before I know it, 2023 has ended. It won't come to you; you've got to get up and chase it.
