A donation of hygienic sanitary material indicates rise in support to the needs of menstruating girls and women

Received a box full of sanitary napkins as a donation to be given to adolescent girls and women in villages in rural parts of India, Africa and South-east Asia this year during our trainings and community sensitization drives that we do every year. The support comes from a very special young woman and clinical doctor Ğůđdi Dee Laishram based in Maharashtra. Inside the box, I found a note which read:

\" Enjoy your gift, dear sister. Wish you the best for your upcoming campaign!May the girls and women enjoy free and health bleeding too! #PERIOD Much love from Dr. Guddi Laishram.\"

Guddi has also joined my family at World Pulse and will be seen helping us in Bangalore in the month of May at our flagship program \" Men Take Lead Ride.\"

I am so thrilled to see this kind of support. I ensure all the materials to reach the people they are meant for. Breaking the Silence cannot give you tax waiver but we can give you deep contentment of making a difference in the way women live.
